Seth and his crew did a wonderful job installing new LVP flooring and trim for two of our homes, one that we sold and one that we purchased. He and his team got both jobs done in record time. 1 day for the 1st project, and 2 days for the second and that included demo, new flooring, and trim. I had previously acquired some vinyl plank flooring along with some quiet walk underlayment. Seth and crew did a quality job installing the flooring in my main living area as well as the spare bedroom/office in in condo. I did try contact Seth regarding installing the flooring in my main bedroom a month or so later but I had a hard time getting much of a response.

2 man crew. Very informative, polite, super efficient and sanded and sealed very old and rough 80 year old maple floors. They now look amazing. Spent extra time on the rough spots and the edging was perfect and blended into the drum sanders work. Tricky to do this well. Honest and priced well with an upfront bid. Excellent communication and on time (actually early) each of the 2 days. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. This refinishing was 1/2 the cost if we would have chosen to instead install a cheap laminate in this 750 sq ft area.

Seth contacted me within minutes after submitting my job on thumbtack. It was one that I needed to have done immediately. He had the job done in less than 48 hours. It turned out gorgeous! I can't believe they're the same floor. The floor is 75 years old and has never been redone. They were full of water stains and ink. You can't tell any of that now! A big thank you to Seth for coming to my aid when I needed the floor done before my mom moved in. And thank you for the beautiful floor! I will be hiring him to refinish the other floors in my home. I highly recommend him!

Seth not only did an excellent job refurbishing our dark oak floors to a much more natural color, but he handled himself in a courteous, professional, and personable way. His pricing was much more reasonable than other big name companies in our area. When there was an issue with our bank getting him the payment, he was extremely patient and kind in his response.
